For Racing Purposes Only

None of the parts we sell and/or use in Partee Racing engines are designed or intended to affect emissions in a manner that is contrary to Federal or Virginia law.  Nevertheless, in situations in which a Partee Racing part or engine in our judgment could be construed as affecting emissions in a manner that arguably is contrary to Federal or Virginia law, we will label the engine build and/or part explicitly as “FOR RACING PURPOSES ONLY” and will require information, including photos, to confirm that car in which the engine or part is being used is not a public road going vehicle.  In many cases, our use of the “FOR RACING PURPOSES ONLY” label stems from our trusted suppliers who have made such a determination and asked that we do the same.  If you have any questions, please email Peter Partee directly at peters@c4s.829.myftpupload.com.
