Our carbon fiber velocity stacks are made in house with precision manufacturing in an effort to correct the known deficits of the factory S62 velocity stacks. Their unique design allows for up to 22whp increased as well as improved fit and finish over stock.

Finally: A complete carbon fiber plenum-top AND bottom-for the BMW S62. Made from multiple layers of pre-preg carbon fiber baked in an autoclave, hand trimmed, then fitted with billet aluminum connectors made in our machine shop. The Partee Racing S62 carbon fiber plenum bolts directly to the engine’s throttle bodies with the provided bolts and gaskets, displacing the ridiculous stock rubber plenum gaskets and hose clamps and eliminating the need for expensive aluminum plenum plates (and with them, the gratuitous heat such plates retain). As a result of this clever design, plenum air volume is materially increased, air intake temperatures are materially reduced (especially when combined with the separately available under plenum heat exchanger delete kit), and both the appearance and the intake sound are outright intoxicating

Our carbon fiber plenum for the BMW S65 is a work of art: Made from multiple layers of pre-preg carbon fiber, baked in an autoclave, and adorned with custom billet fittings made in our machine shop, we believe this is the best looking S65 carbon fiber plenum on the market. Standard version is glossy, but for additional expense, available in matte or “show” finishes. But it is not all show and no go: By eliminating the stock plenum’s topside “ribs,” we not only created a cleaner look, we enhanced plenum air volume and made sufficient room for cleaner air flow into the included billet straight velocity stacks. Multiple in-house dyno runs on our Dynojet XLC424 showed a consistent increase of 10ft lbs. of torque below the 5250 rpm crossover point and a much linear torque.
