Send us your BMW S62 vanos units to be made better than new! We disassemble the vanos units and ultrasonically clean them then rebuild them with Beisan seals and BMW's upgraded lock ring and washer. We activate and clean each solenoid on your solenoid boards, remove the ridiculous clog-inducing screens on them, and test each one for performance. Solenoid o-rings are replaced with authentic BMW D-rings. Where necessary, solder is reflowed. Stuck or otherwise defective solenoids will be replaced for an additional cost. The electrical connector housing is replaced if damaged. Price is per vanos unit.
