The rear subframe of the E39 M5 has a notoriously weak front subframe mount and is not fully welded or reinforced in other locations where needed. We take used E39 M5 subframes in good condition (not cracked, bent, warped or repaired), bead blast them, weld in a front differential reinforcement, complete the stock welds in the appropriate places, then powdercoat them in glossy metallic silver to mimic the stock appearance. As a final touch, we add what we believe is the best street package for uprated subframe and differential bushings--poly-filled stock BMW subframe bushings, 75D poly rear differential bushings, and a solid 7075-T6 aluminum front subframe bushing with a flange to prevent diff-creep under load. Other bushing packages, ranging from track-oriented solid 7075-T6 aluminum bushings in all locations to suqishy stock subframe and rear diff bushings with the solid front diff bushing, available upon request at additional cost. No core charge!
