Two-Piece Solid Front Differential Bushing for the E39 M5

$95.00

The E39 M5 rear subframe has a single front mounting location for the differential, and the stock bushing for that location is hard rubber.  As a result, the front of the differential experiences quite a bit of movement when stressed, and over time the mount cracks and in some cases even separate from the subframe.  Although the front subframe mount can and should be reinforced, the primary culprit--the rubber subframe bushing--needs to be addressed.  The conventional resolution is to replace the rubber bushing with a solid aluminum rubber.  This product is our version of that bushing.  Made out of 6061 aluminum, the bushing is comprised of two pieces, each with a flange that abuts the subframe mount to eliminate movement completely.  The two-piece design also makes it infinitely easier to install correctly and without damaging the subframe mount.  Anodized in beautiful matte black to distinguish it from the one-piece version of this bushing already on the market.  Dozens of these in stock and ready to ship.
