Our high output naturally aspirated S62 longblock represents the peak of reliable S62 street and track performance. It begins with the very same bulletproof shortblock as our "Better Than Stock" S62, but adds competition cylinder heads and dBilas 272 duration billet camshafts. The cylinder heads are CNC ported and clearanced for larger cam lobes (a requirement for ANY camshaft change on the S62), then finished and lightly polished by hand. Valves are reconditioned and back cut, and the remainder of the valvetrain is replaced with our custom components, including Partee Racing proprietary valvesprings, titanium retainers, and valve seats. If valve guides are out of spec, we replace them with motorsport quality custom guides made with Moldstar 90 for an additional charge. When combined with our carbon fiber velocity stacks, headers, a high-flowing exhaust (albeit with cats), and our matching Partee Racing tune, one can expect anywhere from 435 to 460 WHP. Yes, at the wheels! Price below does NOT include the core charge of $4000.Â
