We are proud to offer what we believe are the most effective headers ever produced for the BMW S85 V10. The S85 Equal Length Stepped Headers are the result of a direct collaboration between Euro Power Motorsports, Partee Racing, and world-class exhaust manufacturer Celeritech.

Engineered for Performance from the Ground Up

These aren’t simple rebranded pipes or reworked stock units. Each header is designed in CAD from scratch, prioritizing equal flow and perfect pulse timing. In fact, they are the only truly equal-length stepped headers available for the S85. Every primary tube measures exactly 73.5 cm and steps from 42mm to 45mm before merging into the collector, delivering optimized velocity and consistent scavenging across the RPM range.

Built to Withstand the Heat

We fabricate these headers using 304 stainless steel, chosen for its thermal stability and long-term durability. Every unit is hand TIG welded and fully back-purged, ensuring strength and eliminating internal sugaring. These headers were built to withstand track abuse and look damn good doing it.

Flexible Fitment for Any Build

Each set includes V-band-to-OEM flange adapters for direct fitment to the stock exhaust, no cutting, welding, or hacking required. If you’re going custom, the headers terminate in V-bands for easy integration. Dual O2 bungs per bank come standard, allowing simultaneous use of factory sensors and wideband AFRs for tuning.

Introductory Batch: Limited and Priced to Move

Our initial production run is limited to 30 sets, priced at a discounted $3,250. Future batches will retail at $4,500.
